LouAnne Giangreco, M.D. is a consultant and executive coach through her company, June Rose Consulting. Dr. Giangreco has practiced emergency medicine, urgent care medicine, and occupational medicine throughout Upstate New York. In addition, she served in leadership roles within a number of settings in the provider, payer, and start-up spaces.

She served as Chief Medical Officer for Five Star Urgent Care, VP and Chief Medical Officer of Health Care Improvement for Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield, and System Chief Medical Officer of Cayuga Health System in Upstate New York. Most recently, she served as a Senior Medical Director of Medical Affairs at BlueCross BlueShield of Rhode Island. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Giangreco completed a residency program in Emergency Medicine at Upstate Medical University. She earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College.
