The weight you carry (but don’t see)

Two weeks ago, a woman reached out to me.
She wanted help with her weight.
She’s a leader.
Disciplined.
Successful.
But this weight had her stuck.
“I eat healthy,” she said. “I’ve tried everything.”
She even sent me her food logs.
And guess what?
She wasn’t lying.
Her meals were clean.
She was moving her body.
She was doing all the “right” things.
And still—no progress.
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me,” she said.
So why wasn’t it working?
I wanted to understand WHAT was going in her life.

Nothing was wrong with her.
