We all have goals we set to achieve, but somehow it feels as if these crushing goals elude us. So what happened to the days when a + b =c? 

Well, although the pathway to our goals may not be straight. It does not mean we cannot and will not achieve our goals. We just have to be innovative and take strategic action. You may wonder, what exactly is strategic action? 

According to “differencebetween.com” Strategy is the mental part and an action plan is a physical part of implementing a plan to achieve the goal.

So, in turn, strategic action requires both mental and physical activity. In other words, what small steps can we take to produce great results?

 

This week, let’s use strategic action to help us achieve our self-care goals. Visualize the goals, schedule them, and make them a priority.
