What if your body isn’t the problem?

Trying to do all the right things.

But suddenly your clothes don’t fit.

I saw a patient recently and she said.

"I’m doing everything the same. But I don’t feel like me anymore."

Then she paused.

"I gained 20 pounds in two months. My brain blanks all the time.

I asked my doctor about it, and she said everything was normal."

 

She’s not the only one.

The brain fog isn’t just being busy.

The sleep problems, mood swings, and cravings are all signs your body is changing.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not making it up.

And you don’t just need to relax.

You need someone to connect the dots.
