I quit my full time job (not why you think)

I spent years becoming a doctor.

Four years of undergrad.
Four years of medical school.
Two years of grad school.
Three years of residency.

Then came the long shifts. 

The missed holidays. 

The patients I cared deeply for.

And eventually

Questioning everything.

As I drove home from work.

But I didn’t leave medicine because I hated it.

I left because I wanted more.
More freedom. 

More presence. 

More peace.

People thought I lost my mind.

“You spent all that time becoming a doctor… and now you coach?”

Yes.
Because being a doctor was part of my journey.
But it was never supposed to be my cage.

I wanted to take walks in the middle of the day.
To travel without packing my laptop.

So I made a scary decision.

I stepped into the unknown.

And now?

I coach executive women.

CEOs, VPs, founders, doctors, leaders.
Women who are brilliant. Respected. Responsible.

Women who have held it together for everyone BUT know they are made for more.

Women who tell me things like:

"I’m exhausted, but no one knows."
"I eat clean, I exercise, but the weight won’t budge."
"I’ve built a life everyone admires, but I don’t feel like myself."

I know that story.
Because I’ve lived it.

And I also know what it feels like to finally choose yourself.

To rebuild your health.
To reset your nervous system.
To lose weight without losing your mind.

To feel like you again.

Leaving medicine didn’t mean I gave up.

It meant I got clear.

And now I help other high-performing women do the same.

It’s not easy.
There’s uncertainty. 

There are hard days.
But you know what’s harder?

Waking up five years from now… still stuck.

You can want more.
You can make a change.
And no.

You don’t have to wait until you burn out to choose yourself.
