Be a Catalyst For Change!🚨🚨💥

Leaders, there are many things we see and wish we could change.

 

 

But you are in a place where no one listens to your suggestions.

 

 

Your ideas are rejected before you finish your sentences.

 

 

Everyone says, "yeah, sounds good," but their body language says something else.

 

Or it could be an employee's accidental Slack message to the entire listserv that said “this place sucks,” but they forgot that you were on that channel. 

 

It makes you question your purpose in the organization and on the team.

 

This is a sign that you should pause, reflect and ask questions.

 

  1. How is my team feeling?
  2. How did we get to this place?
  3. How can I be a catalyst for change?

 

Here are some simple things you can do.

 

  1. Listen.
  2. Ask for feedback.
  3. Take action on the feedback.

 

Here is a suggestion. The answer is not more snacks or pizza. 

 

Employees will just take the food and leave if the culture is toxic.

 

Focus more on the people and less on the pizza.
